Grievance Procedure

City Kidz Playhouse is committed to providing programming that is inclusive and remains in compliance with the Americans for Disabilities Act (ADA). City Kidz Playhouse does not discriminate against individuals with disabilities and will make every effort to provide reasonable modifications to policies and programs to ensure that persons with disabilities have an equal opportunity to enjoy our program offerings.

 

Complaints concerning discrimination on the basis of disability may be sent to citykidzplayhouse@gmail.com within 60 days of the occurrence. Please provide your name, phone number, and a detailed description of the ADA related grievance. The complainant will be contacted within 15 days of City Kidz Playhouse receiving the complaint to set up a meeting to discuss the grievance and possible resolutions. Within 15 days after the meeting, City Kidz Playhouse will respond in writing with a final resolution of the complaint. If an appeal is not made within 15 days, the matter will be considered resolved. Records concerning ADA related grievances and complaints shall be retained for a minimum of three years.
